Inter Milan has tabled a €6 million bid for the transfer of Ghana winger Andre Ayew from Olympique Marseille, according to reports in the French media.

The amount is €4 million short of Marseille’s price tag placed on the player, who returned from injury in the Ligue 1 clash against Metz on Sunday.

Inter commenced talks with Marseille officials over the sale of the 25-year-old last Thursday.
